@Scott C. I was thinking of starting out wholesaling I do have my real estate license in the state of Florida, I was using it in the timeshare industry. I will be looking into those books you mention. Thanks for the suggestions. @Bruce Olsen I love that "you have 2 ear and 1 mouth" that's awesome. I love it I'm going to use that from now on. I will do what you said go to different meetings and do a lot of networking.

Bill G. Thank you so much for your feedback. I agree with you 100% you should learn RE before you invest. Any books, blogs or article you recommend I read?

I never done this before. I want to become a real estate investor. I've been listening a lot to the bigger pockets podcast. And I heard Justin say ask any question on BP so here I am. I'm Going to visit my local REIA what can I expect? is this the right move? Or am I jumping the gun too fast? All I know I'm hungry and i want to do this thank you for your time
