Majority of real estate agents who are savvy investor love working with wholesalers. The real question you must ask yourself what value do I bring to the marketplace? I just did six successful deals in April connecting with investors and real estate agents establishing relationships and creating value. Put their needs first everything else will somehow work itself out. I hope that was of value to you. Wish you the best. You got this I believe in you.

On the right-hand side of your BP profile click on your photo you will see options, go to account upgrades from there they have different options on how to upgrade. I hope that is helpful.

Antonio, I'm going to share an idea with you. I recommend you invest in BP Pro. The education alone will close the knowledge gap for you. It alone will teach you so many ways to get started in different and creative ways. For example, to answer your question, not having the capital should not stop you from accomplishing your goals. I would recommend a JV deal on your first deal. Find someone who has the capital to fund the deal. BP is your go-to. I would start there. Because, Yes, you do need capital to get started. However, it doesn't mean it has to be your capital. Get creative and use other people's money. Again you got this. I believe in you.

Anything you do for the first time, fear will be there. It's normal. It's ok to feel fear. Embrace it; just don't let it hinder you. The beautiful thing is you're not alone. You have a community with BP that have like-minded individuals with the same goals. I would do your due diligence if you haven't yet joined your local real estate investor group join them. I'm sure they look forward to connecting with you and helping you accomplish your goals. I believe in you; you got this. If anything, I'm here for you. Best Wishes.

I'm always trying to educate myself in different ways of learning about the real estate game. I stumbled on real estate tax liens and tax deeds. They claim is the best kept secret in the real estate game with high returns minimal risk. BP community what's your take on this?

@Bryan L. I'm nervous because most people say they are going to do something and never do it. I committed to pursue my dreams. No matter the cost. Losing money comes with the game, like free throws and fouls. I refuse to be stuck in the rat race. I'm Not coming into this industry to get rich quick and work four hours a week while on vacation.

I'm in for the long haul. I know is going to take a lot of work dedication. I'm Okay with that matter fact I embrace it. To be honest with you I have family members that mean dearly to me and said quit dreaming stop taking risk and keep your 9 to 5 job. Put your family first.

Coming to Bigger Pockets and receiving all this support. Its just unbelievable being around positive people helping me out taking time of their busy lives to help an up-and-comer it means everything to me. I know I can do this I know it won't be easy. But I'm ready for the challenge. And Bryan I'm not nervous anymore I'm ready thank you.
