@Dan Guenther

Thank you very much for your kindness and willingness to share your wisdom! I'll take you up on  your offer and use the resources you've suggested.  There is plenty of very helpful info here.  Some of the questions I have today were answered 7 - 9 yrs ago, I'm finding out! I'll keep digging, learning and connecting.  Thanks again!

@Justin Windham

Thank you for the advice and direction! Means a lot.

@Curt Davis Congrats on setting and reaching that goal! Your plan seems sound to me. I'm a newbie, though! Waiting to see what others think.

I’ll remember “ someone in trenches … in your local market”. Ty

I’m about 2 weeks in as a rookie. I’m learning a lot! The knowledge, insight and support is really amazing. The eagerness to share with and help each other succeed is incredible. Truly, a great community!   Thank you.

Needless to say, everyone is a mentor of sorts — some more so than others. The role of a mentor is essential without a doubt. Cost — that’s the question! There are some outside BP that are offering mentoring services. I’m wondering if  anyone here has had experience with them — Commercial Properties Advisors with Robert Harris, for example. Thoughts? Are they worthy the investment?

@Jake DeBoer, thank you.

@Nathan Hathorn, yes it is helpful. Thank you. Some are of the view that only the LLC should be named as the insured in order to maintain protection rendered by the entity. Cost vs protection ….
