Thanks a lot Ben Roberts for responding. I have been wholesaling for a about 2 1/2 years. I have done multiple mailings for different lists. I have mailed to Probates, Tax liens, Absentee owners, and several other high equity lists. However, I have had a bad year in terms of responses and lead generation. The market down here in South Florida is very competitive. So I guess what I wanted to know was do I continue to do DM or do I branch out into online marketing? I have heard scary things about the high cost and time consumption of online marketing, and like you said with no results. I wanted to hear from folks like yourself whom are actually doing both and what your recommendations were. Thank you for your response, I appreciate all the help I can get.
