Agreed! Foundational/electrical issues are some of the most costly and risky issues a property can have. These types of properties can be profitable but typically for a more seasoned investor with lot of rehab cash to put into the house. I would move along to the next one.

Hi All,

I am interested in getting some feed-back from my fellow Bigger Pocket team members with regard to Multi-tenant units in emerging Markets in the New England Area.

Where do you feel the best buying/emerging markets are in the New England area currently?

Thank you in advance for all of your feedback!

Ed

Hello,

My name is Ed and recently my partner and I have decided to get into the Real Estate business.  We went to a seminar a few months back and have been researching the business ever since.  We want to focus on wholesaling in the beginning.  My partner is a web designer by trade and I have been in the construction field for over 12 years.  I also have family members who are RE attorneys.  We feel we have a great foundation in place to get started in this business as some of the RE aspects we have experience in and comes natural to us.

The most difficult part for us starting out has been A) finding and identifying sellers that few people know about and B) finding end buyers.

Any tips on how to market and generate  leads and end buyers would be greatly appreciated for a relatively newbie in the business!
