Jesus Moreno, this is what you ask for: Are there any down payment assistance programs avalialbe to first time home buyers? Can you refer me to a goverment agency that handles these kind of programs for the city or the county?

Hi Tavaris, the 5% down deal is for owner-occupied first time home buyers. If you decide to move out after 6 months, no one cares.
