Hello everyone,

My name is Edward Stewart and I’m 26 years old. I‘ve done this post before but it’s been a few years since I’ve been active. My wife and I recently purchased, renovated, and rented our first property. We really enjoyed the experience and are looking at expanding our portfolio with multi family and single family homes.

I’m interested in connecting with other investors and wholesalers as we continue to learn and grow.

Also, as I have a small business in the area I am interested in learning more about commercial property investments.

Look forward to hearing from you all, connecting, and learning as much as I can!

I'm looking to get into rental properties and flipping, but since I am a soon to be graduate from college obtaining a traditional loan doesn't seem to be the path I'll be able to take at first. I have the option of private money loans through family/friends, but would like some advice on how to make the terms fair to myself and them on rental properties. Any advice in this situation would be highly appreciated, thanks!

Post: 3 to 44 units in less than a years time at 22 years old.

Jared Saunders This is an awesome story and I am actually on a similarly planned path once I graduate. Glad to hear how well it's working out for you!

Hi all! I am a 22 y/o soon to be graduate looking to get into REI through house flipping and rental properties. While close family has always owned rental properties, this will be a first for me personally.

Currently I'm reading through the forums and the beginning lessons posted here on the website and picking up on what needs to be done for preparation. I will be picking up the book Rich Dad Poor Dad to start.

Excited to get into this industry and look forward to learning everything I can here.
