I do have a construction team in place, so renovating multi families could be an option.       I plan on doing some flips, as well.

Hello all! After many years in the corporate world I am ready to pursue a future in real estate. My goals are to flip houses in the Seattle area and in the Fort Myers, FL area - and to gradually invest in rental properties in both locations.

I just started out last month, and so far have purchased a great rambler on a beautiful lot close to the water in Edmonds - currently being rehabbed.
