How long did it take you to find your property? I'm actually going to start the process tofay. I didn't realize mailers and wholesellers would be part of it. I try my first auction last week in Westchester NY (just to audit it ) but the bank didn't show up.

I'm looking to purchase (~$600k) my first MFH using 3.5% FHA by the end of the year. Bronx, Westchester area. Any real estate investor from the NY Tristate or anywhere else Willing to help guide a newbie!? All advice are really appreciate!
