Ryan Fealey - New Member Introduction

Ryan Fealey
Posted

Good evening everyone! My name is Ryan Fealey, I am brand new to the BiggerPockets community and extremely new to real estate investing. I am starting by listening to the podcast, just started on episode 300, and reading "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George Samuel Clason. I am highly motivated, but I understand that it is all about learning and discussion.  I just wanted to ask the community as a whole if you have any advice or tips on building great habits or just lessons learned. Thank you in advance and look forward to growing in this community!

Hey Ryan! Nice to meet you, I am over in the Charlotte area.

Something that has helped me is to do something small every single day. analyze a deal, call a lender, call an agent, ask a question in the forum. Do one thing every day and it snowballs over time. I also have a year calendar that I write down these small accomplishments everyday and its cool to look back a few months and see how far you came. Do you have an area of real estate that interests you?
