why don't you just get a builder to pay for the construction and then buy it like a residence.

Natalie it depends on what you're looking to get into to give you an idea of set backs. New construction or flips, but when you do figure what you want to do there is plenty of information on this site just search for it and you will find. It's pretty amazing site good luck
