Post: How do I find a investor-focused brokerage?

Hey Leslee,

I was in the same situation 2 years ago and found that SJ Fowler Real Estate sells more multifamily investment properties in Arizona than any other brokerage. I've been with SJ Fowler since and am very happy with my choice. Knowing who all the Investment focused brokerages are now, I would have made the same choice. The friendly/family environment has been a great place to learn how to be an Investor-focused Agent and I can work any type of deals knowing I have a direct line to the DB for when I need answers to new questions/challenges.

If you're interested in scheduling an appointment with the Designated Broker, Steve Fowler, to see if the brokerage would be a good fit I can arrange that.

Hi Dan, I would be happy to assist you.  I specialize in investment properties and am part of the top multifamily selling brokerage in the state.  I commonly have off-market opportunities as a result.  I have experience in residential and multifamily in the areas you mentioned.  I also relocated to Arizona (6 years ago) from the Chicago suburbs.

A local Agent who is properly running the comps for your area should pull only the last 6 months worth of closed transactions with properties that have within 1 bedroom for residential.  The comps should also be within the same subdivision or within a few blocks in the same zip code.  The same floor plan and number of exterior stories are also preferred when possible.

Hi Eric, I'm an investment agent in Phoenix.  I've worked several 2-4 unit deals with Garrett Bowlby with Amerifirst Financial.  He's a very experienced loan officer in the 2-4 units segment.  He is out of Mesa, AZ, but I'm sure he can help with Flagstaff.

Hello everyone, my name's Ed and I'm a real estate agent that specializes in investment properties in the greater Phoenix Metro area.  I previously owned investment properties in and around Chicago.  I'm from Chicago, but moved around the country a lot and have been in Phoenix, AZ for the last 6 years.  I'm now interested in acquiring investment properties in and around Phoenix.

I've been listening to the BP podcast for the past month or so and can't believe I'm just now finding out about how amazing BP is.
