Moving to Phoenix - networking

Hello!

I'm moving to Phoenix at the beginning of October from Seattle, WA. My partner and I have been flipping for about 3 years but this will be my first time out on my own, as my partner is staying in Seattle. I want to hit the ground running in Phoenix. I intend to start out wholesaling while getting to know the market then moving into a few flips a year. 

So, I'm looking for as many connections and referrals as possible to get started.  I'll be visiting Phoenix sometime in late August or early September and I'll try to time it with some meetups, but I want to start building my network as soon as I can!
