It is actually for one of an investor that contacted me, and he asked me if I know anyone who can do a Bridge loan between two people.

Does any investor /wholesaler here in bigger pockets know where I can get a purchase contract or already made for the state of Colorado? It is just a little too expensive if I have to get a lawyer or attorney to make me one.
