KW is an awesome firm, from everything I heard. Only negative is you have to around 2.5 mill to get your 100% that's 24-25k that's not going in my pocket. Also your anniversary day you start back at 70%. I have a lot to consider. Thanks for all of your valuable input!

I have some money saved up from NFL so I will be full time going after my sphere of influence and expired listings & for sale by owner as well as door knocking. Have you looked at Mike ferry coaching program?

Hello everyone, I'm about to take my pre license real estate course. I'm looking at some different firms. I'm trying to decide if I should start with a firm that has training but starts you off with 50/50 or go with a firm with very little training and start with 100% commission with a $500 per transaction fee. I do plan on getting involved with the Mike ferry coaching program, which last for 1 year. If you where a new agent what would you choose? Willie
