I'm a real estate agent just east of you in Powell. There are only 3 duplexes on the market right now in Dublin (one @$75K, one @$225K, and one @339K). You will find more duplexes in the City of Columbus with varying needs of repairs. There are 18 over in the OSU area, but only 1 under $100K. @Mehran K. I'm looking to learn more to help investor clients and network with investors locally, but I find that just an increase in RE investing knowledge is beneficial to me personally.
