Hi all, Corey Liepelt here. I just joined BP on a recommendation from a friend of mine. I have been interested in real estate for 15 years, but until recently I just sat on the sidelines. I told myself I was doing research, or waiting for the right time, but really I was in "analysis paralysis." This summer I finally kicked myself in the rear and decided to just get started, knowing I'll make some mistakes along the way. But I'm just not willing to let this market pass me by.

My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of cash flow properties from which my family will have perpetual income. My immediate efforts have been directed at wholesaling, with an eye peeled for a property I can fix and flip or buy and rent. I am working real estate part-time at the moment, but I want to be full-time by 2014. I know it's possible, and I've got my nose to the grindstone to make it happen.

I look forward to networking with the many, many experienced folks here on BP. I live each day with an attitude of abundance. There are far more deals out there than I can ever do. Working together we can all be more successful than working alone. I look forward to working with you.
