@Clint W.

Thank you! We're working on saving enough money to be able to put down 20-25% on our first property.

Hello,

My sister and I just started our for-profit housing development company ( LLC) but we haven't started generating money. Question: 1) is it possible for a newly formed company without experience obtain conventional financing to purchase first property through the business? 2) does anyone know of an app developer that is reasonably priced? We're in the beginning stages of development.

Thank you,

@Dino Haramis,

Before you make a move to give 60 day notice, ask your parents for the original Lease agreement. Also, look in Tenant and Land Lord rights in San Mateo County.

With SF illegally evicting non-problem tenants and non-documented property issues  (police reports, Lease violations or written notice to residents to Cure or Quit etc..).

Land lords need to create a paper trail of tenant issues, before moving to evict. As you are aware, the long standing tenant can get a lawyer and assistance from the housing rights advocacy agency.

Which could cost you court fees, relocation and additional FREE rental occupancy for the tenant ( judges do this a lot).

I work for a non-profit housing developer in Berkeley CA.
