@Rohan Attravanam...Welcome to BP!

Some of the mixed opinions around wholesaling may be a reflection of differences in states' laws.  The @ (name) isn't working for me, but check out Brandon T's article on the subject and Brian G's posts.

I'm fairly new to BP and haven't figured out how to save/retrieve posts of particular interest, otherwise I would send you a link.

Wishing you lots of good solid learning and much success!

Hi @Noah Wolcott!  I happened to be looking into the academic requirements for a CA broker's license and came across your posts.  Your achievements and aspirations are impressive and inspiring to folks of all ages.  Your parents must be very proud of you!

It may be a bit late in the school year for my comments, but some high schools have a concurrent enrollment program with the local junior colleges (including online courses) whereby you earn college credits while in high school.

Best wishes to you!

@Joshua Dorkin Wow! Better than linkedin for REI. Btw, I agree with @Dale Shin.  Would love to be able to search within individual forums.  Thanks for the tutorial...very helpful, in addition to @Mindy Jensen's welcome/starter emails.  Thx!!

@Charles Parrish, I've been searching high and low for a hybrid clause.  Thank you for sharing!

@Sean Ploskina, thanks for the thread and the resulting helpful discussion.  Good luck with your deal!
