Getting together a team and needing a partner or two. Is there a contract of sorts on here (files section?) that I could use for my partners and I?

@James Beam did you ever go to anymore of these?  I'd like to attend later in January.  Wondering how go about getting the correct documents/money if you're not sure what the winning bid would be.

Need to actually delete this post.  Operator error on Zillow.

How do I do delete the post?

Newbie question so I know I picked the right forum category. Wanting to flip my first house and thinking in that search to find something before it gets on MLS. Would a good strategy be to get it from a wholesaler? The more I look into foreclosures the more nervous I get about all the legal ins and outs of them. So I'm looking for a good non-competitive deal.

Is 65% too high to buy and flip?  I thought 70% was the rule...

Good questions Pedro.  I'd love to see them answered too.  Is there a number on the commissioners website to which you could call and pose these questions?

Thank you @Michael S.!  I knew there had to be a way and that website this informative wouldn't let that go by the wayside.

That sounds awesome!  I'm excited to get a couple under my belt as well.  Did you find the houses on the mls then?  Use the 70% rule?

Is there a way to quickly get to your discussions?  It'd be nice if that was a link when you hover over your pic on the top right.  The only ways I can think of getting back to them are the link in an email that says someone has responded or typing in the title in the search bar.
