I will be interested to hear how your search in the Milwaukee area goes @David Jiang. My brother lives and works in Milwaukee and I am looking to get actively involved in Milwaukee investing (buy and hold 2 - 4 unit multifamilies). I am out of NYC but the entry point is a bit too rich for my blood out here. Would love to connect on the process you are going through and the price point you are jumping in at.

I will second @Robin Halsey's idea of a meetup site to help organize the next event. Should make things easier going forward.
