Bryan I've never seen a list like that.  They are all private companies who wait for business to come to them.  Most investors I know use Michigan Investment Title.  They are 100% investor focused, not just investor friendly.  Doesn't matter where your deal is.  They send closers anywhere in Michigan.  More importantly is they know how to get our deals done.

Connect with all of the LOCAL wholesalers you can.  Let them know how much you have, that you're looking for a seller financed deal, where you're willing to live and how long you're hoping to have until you will cash out the seller.

IMHO you'll stretch your 15k much further this way.
