CALLING ALL REAL ESTATE INVESTORS!

Are you thinking about buying an investment property in Cleveland, Ohio?

You'll need to act quickly if you want to win deals in this hot seller's market. What I'd like to do is add you to my exclusive email list so that you'll never again miss out on another deal. My network of investors are notified immediately when a property that meets their criteria is posted to the MLS, and you can too. If you're looking to buy in Cleveland, Ohio, and would like to be notified immediately when new properties that meet your custom criteria hit the market, contact me immediately. I would be glad to add you to my exclusive list and start sending you auto-emails right away.

Here to service all of your real estate needs,

Dylan Kiley

@Zeke Liston said it best. Every market has its pros and cons. It's entirely dependant on your goals and I wouldn't have your best interest in mind if I tried to tell you where to invest without knowing them. You can generate lots of cash flow in Cleveland so it would be a great place to invest if you're looking to quit your job and live off rental income but you may create more long-term wealth by investing in Columbus since its growing quickly and appreciation is higher. Ultimately its very specific to you and your goals

Hi Joseph. Cleveland is a great area to buy and hold. Redevelopment projects are bringing the city back to life and many new jobs are being created. There is no shortage of properties in B and C neighborhoods that have the potential to cash flow well for you. As long as you purchase in the right neighborhoods, you won't have a problem with tenants either. I've lived in Cleveland my entire life so if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd be happy to recommend neighborhoods and help you make the most of your trip

Hi Austin! I work with a contractor who does great work, is reliable and also very familiar with the area. If you're interested shoot me a DM and I'll give you his contact info
