@Zeke Liston said it best. Every market has its pros and cons. It's entirely dependant on your goals and I wouldn't have your best interest in mind if I tried to tell you where to invest without knowing them. You can generate lots of cash flow in Cleveland so it would be a great place to invest if you're looking to quit your job and live off rental income but you may create more long-term wealth by investing in Columbus since its growing quickly and appreciation is higher. Ultimately its very specific to you and your goals

Anywhere in Ohio but I recommend Cleveland for maximum cash flow

Hi Joseph. Cleveland is a great area to buy and hold. Redevelopment projects are bringing the city back to life and many new jobs are being created. There is no shortage of properties in B and C neighborhoods that have the potential to cash flow well for you. As long as you purchase in the right neighborhoods, you won't have a problem with tenants either.
