Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in St. Louis.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $45,000

Currently under contract on this one, deal #2! Snagged this one off-market for a great price. Hardly anything needs to be done to it. Should get me ~17% return.

Only 2 days between seeing this in my inbox from my agent to having it under contract.

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in St. Louis.

Purchase price: $260,000
Cash invested: $75,000

4plex on Chippewa. Rents were ~$550 per unit when I came in and they will soon be north of $750. Probably paid a little too much for it, but will soon be at 12%+
My first ever property purchase!
