Hi @Tracy Streich, thank you for the advice! I'll definitely utilize Zillow as the rental platform and staying patient. I close in December and my first monthly payment is in February so I have a little time to find excellent tenants.

Hi @Will Fraser, thank you for the tip! I am definitely looking for high quality tenants because my rental is in a pretty good area and a very comfortable home. Once I close on my new property, I'll be posting my rental on Zillow!
