Hello Chris Do you know how often these Meetings are held? Also how was the one you attended?

Hell BP members I'm a new investor and I need some advice. I found two properties in my area that are boarded up and has overgrown grass. Both of the distress properties have been in that condition for some time now. I drove by and wrote down the addresses and researched the owners. One of owners is current with the property taxes but the other one is behind two years. My question is....what would be the best method for contacting them?

@Chris B. did you decide to use noble mortgage? If so how was the experience?
