Update I've found two more properties by driving around. I'm trying to get numbers of the owners. I have their home addresses.

Update!!!! I've sent out letters to accessed owners of the properties. I also plan to visit neighbors to ask question to find out more information

Erick Harbert yes sir! Being proactive will be the key. I am currently using the technique of driving for dollars. Any home i see that has high grass and is boarded up, I write down the address and research the owners

Michael Lee thanks for the advice. I want to absorb as much information as possible. I currently work full time overnight in order to work on my investing during the day. My reason for wanting to get into investing is the freedom it allows you to have and it has always been something the held my interest. I plan to be honest and ethical because I am a firm believer in karma.
