Thank you for your insight Jonathan. I was planning to wholesale as well. In what way will it hurt me? Do you think if thats the case, I could have my wife do that aspect of it without problems?

Hi all, I'm in the process of acquiring my Colorado broker associate license. Will it help or hurt my venturing into the investing aspect of the business? Thanks for your responses in advance.

Hi, my name is Dwayne Wright. I am from the Denver CO area. After much research on something to get into to make a good living with decent cash flow, and a solid future, I decided to get into real estate. The sales part of it. So a few months ago, I started studying to take the Colorado real estate exam.

During that process I started looking into other avenues of the business. That's when the idea of investing popped in my head. I have never thought of investing before. I got online and came across this wonderful site.

I have minimal experience in real estate, but I'm excited to learn a great deal and see what the future holds.
