William - thanks for the advice. Do you have any ideas from your experience on how far out away from campus student housing would work? Would you advertise it as “student housing”?

Thanks guys.

Cory - I have been thinking the same areas though - some of those can be pretty rough neighborhoods!

I wonder - how far away from campus would student housing work?

Do you advertise it as student housing?

I have some Construction Management and Material Takeoff & Cost Estimating spreadsheets that could be helpful. The sheets are filled with formulas that make it easy. Please feel free to share the link if you find it useful!

What is the best way/place to find a partner (financial) when you are just starting and have little experience.

As a Construction guy (Project Manager) with knowledge and resources - what are some good ways/angles to sell myself to show some value.

Where is the best place for someone like me to look for and find a Partner that would be interested in someone like me, where I would be considered beneficial?

Thanks!
