@Nicholas L. This would be more of an initial look beyond the listed photos. If I deam it worthwhile then I will go there in person. Just trying not to waste time by going in person if there's red flags I can see virtually.

I am trying to look at a property by doing a virtual showing / FaceTime agent walk through from across the state. What key things should I try to get them to show me during the walk through? The normal:  Electrical Panel, heating & air, kitchen, bathroom, ceiling stains, etc? 
How can I be assured they will not skip over something on purpose?
