Hello,

Very new to the investing game, I did a little driving for dollars yesterday and found a couple bucks laying around. I did a bit of research into some properties, one of which the owner passed in May of this year. How do you go about reaching out to the kids of the deceased to take this burden off their hands?

Thank you in advance for all your help!

@Jaron Walling we've been leasing and planning to do a live in reno, not anything too major hopefully just paint and flooring minimal stuff. Don't have REI experience but been reading up a lot and we've been running the numbers on everything we've been looking into.

We are looking at buying our first investment property, most likely going to do a live in reno. After we purchase the home and get it all fixed up to our standards where do you go from there?

We are wanting to rent the property, just curious as to what those steps should look like and what should be prioritized first. Thank you for the help in advance!

We're looking to do our first BRRRR and trying to calculate rental value for each property yet there are very few available rentals currently. Is there a way to see the rental homes in your area that are not available without going to every rental company website?

We are looking to invest in a property in the South Bend area, specifically closer to Notre Dame to rent it out after doing some improvements to the property. Curious if anyone has any insight on where to look and where not to look, as far as neighborhoods in the area go. We also were thinking about using it as an airbnb for the first year while working on it.
