@Filipe Pereira Thanks for the welcome! Glad to be here :)

I am mostly looking to learn from/shadow someone doing what I want to do long term - SFH and MFH rental prop's, flips, rehabs, and the like.

I have only had commercial experience and even that, was limited by a corporate entity in regards to needing to adhere to procedures and guidelines when rehabbing/updating.

I would love to talk with you more. Thanks for reaching out Filipe!

@Zach Olmstead Hi Zach, thanks for reaching out! I am looking to learn and pick up the skills necessary to basically be able to move around and buy in different states. I went to undergrad in the Midwest and that real estate SFH and MFH market has me like none other. I see you're an Agent in Florida. How is it down there?

Tennessee is great cash flow from what I'm reading and Dallas/Fort Worth has been great over the years. I personally hope to relocate to Dallas area for this and many other reasons. Good luck!

HI everyone! I'm technically in the Western Mass area but Springfield is the biggest metro-area near me so I guess it's better for more people like you to find me and this post!

My name is Dulari Patel and I have been working in the commercial real estate sector for the past couple years. I have just now graduated college and have moved back into the Western Mass area.

I am hoping to get into wholesaling, RE investing for SFH and MFH, and also become a mentor one day and give back to to people just like me.

My end goal would be RE Investing on different levels - no limiting myself to SFH or MFH (as of right now).

My interest in real estate investing started with a position I took as an Assistant Manager turned Prop Manager turned Admin Assistant and everything put together into a hodge-podge position. That position lit a fire in me that has been hard to ignore and I haven't stopped consuming as much REinvesting material I can get my hands on, since. That's how I found BiggerPockets! I just googled my way here. And not gonna lie, reddit ultimately convinced me to make the account and stick around on BP.

My hope within the next 1-2 months would be to find a REinvesting mentor in my area willing to take me under their wing in exchange for free work from a very capable girl like myself.

If you're also new on the site, reach out to me and we can talk! I love bouncing information and ideas with like-minded individuals. All my friends in the area are in medicine. I'm the only one out here hacking away at RE investor's doors hoping for someone to let me get a foot in the door. I welcome all newbies like myself to say hi! We're all in this together :)
