Hi

I am looking for single family rentals in Top 5 markets and city around the USA

I am planning to see and hear from bigger pockets family here to see which markets and city in USA you think the best and why you would recommend ?

I am also trying to reach out to like minded people so that we can start mastermind group to discuss the tips / strategies to grow together in this real estate journey

I am looking forward for feedback and suggestions

Thank you

@Sachin Maskey The Dallas/Ft.Worth area is one of the top areas for investing. I recommend if your going to do out-of-state investing find a good investor friendly realtor in the Network section here on the BP web site for the area your decide on. They will be instrumental in helping you build your network in that market. No since reinventing the wheel when you find an investor friendly realtor to work with you to acquire properties.
