How would you recommend vetting tenants? What about turbo tenant? Also is it Norman to charge for an application fee to do the background/credit check?

If the electrical is in good condition do I have to replace the knob and tubing or is that optional? And if I do have to replace it is that a deduction?

@Patty Capson you want a drug dealer out report him to the police and when he’s arrested and missed a rent payment start eviction

I just purchased my first 3 rental properties with 2 mortgages. If I pay all of the expenses with my regular 9-5 income does that count as a tax deduction? And if it’s not what is it?
