Hey Everyone, I'm Looking to Connect with Real Estate Professionals in the Philadelphia, Parts of New Jersey, & NYC Areas. I am looking for new place to live but haven't decided on where, looking for something affordable 1 Bedroom no credit check it can be any type of property.

I'm also looking to connect career-wise as I am making transitions in my life right now & want to restart my Real Estate Journey or some type of involvement.

It's Alot I want to dive into that will benefit me income-wise short term long term.

Looking forward to connecting with you all.

Particularly great for building a business doing loan signings, which you need to be a Notary Public to do. He also has great Facebook groups for support to ask and answer questions... which has been a lifesaver. He's on one of the episodes of the Bigger Pockets Money show (I think show 74).

I started doing this very part time in mid-August and am already working at transitioning it to my full-time thing.

 That Mark Wills Podcast Episode was awesome to hear thats where i first heard about it and then being in a few Notary FB Groups has been helpful too. And Congratulations Alison on your success.

Jacob, Basically there are courses that teaches you how to make money from doing this, you can go part time or full doing Notary Public. There's a link that can tell you how to.

I wouldn't even think about spending $3600 to join someones coaching thing regardless if you have it or not if your just starting out, you are still able to learn and educate yourself in many different ways but it shouldn't cost you x amount of money just to get coached by 1 person, if you search around and connect with other people in your area or even on Biggerpockets without having to spend all your money for a 6 month coaching program you wont feel like you wasted your time and money trying to learn some gurus program for 6 months or feel lost in what you want to do in Real Estate.

I think for everyone (including myself) if you take a look at yourself and think about the kind of person you are and what you can be. People will want to notice & see what it is your doing, how knowledgeable you are with Real Estate and what groups are you affiliated with. They would want to gravitate to you, be able to trust you & do business with you if you got the type of energy an out going person has. For anyone that is an Introvert (which includes me) it will be tough to speak about what your doing in Real Estate, whether your just started wholesaling or fix & flipping, or if you just became an Real Estate Agent for an Homesmart or ReMax, Keller Williams, ect... or if your a part of a Real Estate investing Education group. This includes any career field you are in that requires some type of public speaking, speaking to people ect...

It's going to take alot of work alot of practice on yourself if this is what you want to get into, having the Drive, Motivation, staying educated is key & surrounding yourself with great people to learn from as well.

Anyone understand this? or Even Agree with this?

@William C. We invest In Philadelphia and find it fairly difficult to find deals. We are looking all the time.

 The Philly Market is Competitive, for the most part some people (including myself) still look to see what is out there, some of the guys in the group im apart of somehow find a way to find deals either getting referred one or having an owner respond to their ad/bandit sign/ flyer, ect...

@Ly Nguyen

1st off Congrats to you for your recent & future success. Do you know what you wanna do 1st as far as taking action & getting started? That's the 1st thing that was daunting me is wondering what i was going to do first, yeah it might be a bit nerve wrecking at first but it'll be worth it & you will have bumps in the road & make mistakes, we all have.

As far as Renatus goes i wouldn't say you flubbed it, it probably was alot to take in for you right? With this Program despite the fact that it cost alot for the Education you have the choice to go back to it down the road if it's something you want to do & there is value in the courses. You'd be alright if you surrounded yourself around great group of people that can show you the ropes as Michael Sato said there are other local meetups in your local area to network with other investors & real estate minded people, individuals that have done this for a while.

One more thing i will say don't listen to the nay sayers the ones that don't believe in you & judge you & don't put so much fear into this you know you got this. This is something that you want to do go for it. Good Luck.
