Thanks. @Andrew Johnson. I will take the information that you have given me. The picture was mine. I do agree that the dumpster isn't the most appealing. It will be removed asap. Thanks again

Hey guys, Long time listener first time caller. I have the same issue that others on BP are having. My flip wont sell. I got the house pretty cheap but dumped a boat load into it. I know i know. Mistake. But the house looks great but isn't staged. Do you think that's the problem? The neighborhood is nice but does board,( down the block from) an area that isn't the best but not the worst either. I'm in a town Orange new Jersey about 10 mins from Seton Hall U.  If staging is the answer how long do you do that for? Any other cheaper options that can help?

Hey @Tavaris

You can do it. But do your homework. I did it and i'm looking to sell now and i'm finding out that the bank may want me to live there for a yr before selling. There are banks out there. Try google search. or ask an RE agent. I wouldn't recommend using the folks i choose. Ask them when your submitting payments or draws for your contractors to be paid. How long is that turn around process. I'm running into issues where it takes WEEEEKS to get my own money. The contractor stopped working on the project so it became a mess. DO YOUR RESEARCH.  p.s My father in law lives in Greenville. Hopefully you have success out there

I just did a quick search and came across Property Shark. It appears that they will give you a free 1 report. But i did get the one so that's nice. May want to give it a try
