Awesome, thanks everyone! I came across the podcast initially and had been listening off and on. I had to focus more of my time studying for boards; I am graduating from UAB School of Optometry in May.  Now that I have a bit of my life back I want to dig further into learning real estate investing. It all seems a little intimidating for this standpoint (as with anything new), but I'm hoping that will subside as I continue to learn.
