Post: Brick House....?

Hi

You have to check the exterior wall well. Check in what condition is the brick exterior finish (assuming the brick isn’t structural). Check if the bricks needs to be repointed and especially if there is any sign of decay or white coating which is usually a sign of water infiltration issue between the substrate and the brick. Brick, just like any other exterior finish, if taken care of is a sound exterior finish.

Hope it helps.

I'm looking for an investor friendly realtor in the Jersey City area. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Hi All,

I apologies for my newbie question… is an REO asking price negotiable? Can I offer less than the asking price? What should I do to increase my chances when putting an offer for a home-path property?

Thanks!

Hi All- I'm new to BP and real estate investment in general. I'd like to start small and I've heard that mobile homes might be a good market to start in (ie good return with small risk, if true). Does anyone have any input/experience regarding this investment? Thanks so much!
