Are you just focussing on rentals? Do you fix the properties and then rent them out, or are you getting them with tenants in them already?

I grew up in Kalama, moved to So Cal in 1990 and came back in 2002.  I like the Pacific Northwest, and am having fun getting into real estate.  I feel somewhat vulnerable, as it is a new area for me.  I am used to knowing every detail of what I am doing, and thought real estate would be easy to get into.  I have been studying it since October 2014, and feel like there is so much more I need to know!

Have you just been doing real estate for a long time?  I am not familiar with the Gospodor statues, though I think I recognize the name.  I am sure I must have seen them, or would recognize them.  And what is a geocache?  I remember the Trojan power plant, and went out to Carol's Bluff when it was being imploded a few years ago.  It seemed weird to drive by there and not see the gray cement tower of the nuclear plant.

Thank you.  I like your suggestion.  I am planning to work Olympia, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lacey, and maybe Vancouver areas.  And I like the concept of rentals, especially multifamily units.

Thank you for the book.  I've downloaded it and will definitely read it.  With the training I am getting, I am SO buried in work to do right now, I don't know exactly how soon I'll get to it.

I am looking in all parts of the country, actually.  I have a pretty large network I am working with that really works together.  I looked at your profile and like what you have to say about multiunit housing.  It is something I am interested in, though at the moment I feel like I need to get more residential property deals under my belt. -I think!  Would love to talk with you sometime about it.

I am Rohn Falter, and live in the Pacific Northwest.  I live in Toledo, Washington to be specific.  That's half way between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.  The focus of my business and experience is with flipping, though I am very interested in getting into commercial real estate eventually.  To be more specific, I wouldn't mind multifamily units, apartments, but would like to eventually get to planning with city zoning and strategic investments that involve developing areas of growth.  I am getting a ton of training now, and look forward to getting more exposure to other views.  I am a dentist otherwise, and enjoy that profession a lot, and am adding to my skill set.
