Joe, I am quite interested in what you postedin one of your replies: 3rd, we don't buy houses with boilers. All of our tenants are required though to sign up for the local utility companies Appliance Repair Program, which covers the Furnace and HWH...so that's not an issue. I am an investor in Detroit so would DTE offer this? Are you saying that a tenant will rent the home and put in their own furnace and hot water tank? That's a pretty heavy capital investment. And they will take it with them when they vacate? This seems like an awfully good deal for the landlord. What are the chances of this really happening?
