Good morning everyone,

I brought this topic up a while ago but I was wondering if anyone might have a couple good leads on property managers? I live out of state and have a SFH in Holland, OH just outside of Toledo, OH, and I'm getting ready to expand to my 2nd home soon. But I’m getting a bit frustrated with my current management company for a list of reasons. I prefer not to oust them here on this forum at this time since I know every experience can be different. I’m sure some people love them and some people feel less loved as I do.

So my question is does anyone have any good contacts for a reliable, professional, honest, property management company in the Toledo, OH / Holland, OH area?

Stupid question, is this job in Toledo? If so I might have a handyman that can help out. I'm in Cali and just bought property in Holland that my guy is remodeling.

My business partner and I will have our first SFR property renovated here shortly in Holland, OH and was wondering if anyone had any good contacts or suggestions for property management companies? We both live in California but I grew up in Holland and wanted to get in the market in my home town.

I just joined the biggerpockets forum and I’m looking forward to everything I can learn here. I live in CA, and began investing in rental property in Holland, OH with my business partner just this week.

We have 1 single family residence that we’re currently renovating with the hopes of renting out but the end of June.
