@Andrew Warner Great post! My family was just up in Leland yesterday.

Have you talked to the zoning admin?  That's what you should do.  Ideally, you should have got the ok before purchasing.  If you weren't able to get an approval, that would have impacted the price you'd be willing to pay.

@Richard Ertle Accepted.  Unfortunately that seems to be the way it is around TC at the moment.  People are buying small multis at prices which seem bonkers.  I'd be interested to see some info on the tri you're talking about.  Is it posted anywhere?

@Saravanan Saravanan Thanks.  This particular meetup has been going long before I ever got in this game.  I'm just the one who takes the opportunity to post it here to a wider audience.  It was really hard to find the details and contacts about the meeting when I first started looking for it, but we have got a fair number of new people from the BP postings.
