Super cool!

For you newbie’s some advice. Don’t just ask Wendell questions about what you’re working on surprise him and ask him about what he’s working on. Do you know that he’s selling (Turnkey) homes that are positive cash flowing with equity? Who does that? The guy has all the answers don’t hold back! If he doesn’t share I’m sure he will follow up.

Another great post for newbie’s! I was so bad at calculating a good deal that I avoided it completely. I let one of my other colleagues figure it out for me. The information you put out is so simple to understand that no newbie should be afraid to jump right in and start making money. As always great job @Wendell De Guzman

When it’s all said and done I am thankful to be part of a group that through BP has been able to attract some of the best people in our industry.

It is through BP that I too discovered, sought out and now work side by side with @Wendell De Guzman. For that I am thankful.

I am thankful for the culture that BP has created. For it doesn’t matter where you are, if there’s a BP member present, your in common ground, a place where everyone is welcome.

It’s going to be a great event. Wendell always manages to let one or two of our hacks slip out when he’s speaking. Maybe this will be another one of those day’s but you won’t hear it unless your there.

The last “meet my lender” event was surprisingly beneficial to all who attended. The attention that was given to the speakers who were generously sharing there information to the audience was like that of children listening to a fairy tail; only it wasn’t.

I expect this time there will be more of the same but move it up a notch. I’ll see you there.
