Thank you, guys! @Ken Naim, you are right! Had to pay a penalty for the late payment :( But thanks so much!

Hi BP! I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this neighborhood. Want to get an idea if it's worth investing. I am considering purchasing a house in this area. It's $279,000, 1670sq, 4b2b.

Any info is welcome! Thanks!

Hi All!

I have a quick question. I purchased an investment property in Tempa, Florida this year. Right after I closed, I transfer it from my personal name to my 100% own LLC.

Recently, someone mentioned doing that will subject to some kind of transfer tax or stamp tax?

Has anyone have experience with this?

Thanks a bunch!

Hi BP members, I am experiencing some problems while buying a rental property that's built in 2003 with original shingle roof in Tampa. I am getting crazy insurance quotes from $2500 to $4000 on a house that's less than $350k.

Is anyone experiencing that and have a solution for it?

@John Mocker thank you very much for the detail explanation! One follow up question, by sending them the letter with registered mail, they will HAVE TO respond to me, correct? Is it required by the regulations?
