Since a llc cant get a residential loan does that mean that it can only get a loan from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. And if this is true would a investor with multiple years experience advise me to get loans on my llc or should i get them on my name without a llc

If you get a residential loan are you able to transfer it to your llc and are there any restrictions such as amount of units or amount of loans you can get for that llc
