Well any lender give a residential loan to a multi family building of 5+ units not in a llc

Is ltv the market value as in what the seller is selling it for or what the appraiser said the price is

Does anyone Know what type of credit score I would need to have and how much for a down payment is for a commercial property and what r the rates
