All friends,

I am looking at a property I would like to purchase ,that has a current tenant living their.  This tenant is on a month to month lease.  Can I just terminate their lease with proper warning?

@caleb heimsoft hey man what’s going on? So I saw a post of yours on this topic and it said you would have 20 houses within 5 years. I love the ambition! Renting or flips? I ask because I too have big plans. I’m 31 and my goal is to have 50 rental units by age 45. Also very ambitious . I started two years ago and have 4 units but have hit a snag. I payed cash for them and would like to refi and get more, but it’s been troublesome as of yet. I was curious if you wouldn’t mind talking a bit, I’m curious to know how your doing it or plan to do it? Let me know

Hello, I hope your summers are starting off real well! So I am new to bigger pockets but have some experience after have done a few flips and own a few rentals. Though I know a few things, there are many things I do not know. I was hoping to find someone on here who would not mind talking with me about the housing market in and around Philadelphia. Feel free to reply, I would really appreciate and enjoy the conversations. Thank you!
