Correct, for example e lease documents is an extra cost I believe. Thanks!

Hey BP, 

I am at the point of my investing journey where I need to start utilizing property management software. I currently manage the entire PM process. Do you have any recommendations to make a landlord life easier? I have done research with the usual companies below:

Buildium
Rentredi
Stessa


I have a total of 9 units right now but looking to scale more and more in the future.


Please share other companies if I should look into others. Thanks so much!

Good luck! Housing hacking is a great strategy especially in uncertain times. Lower expenses and hedging inflation with fixed rate debt.
