Just a question to the group. why does it seem like the private funding thread isnt getting many answers? Is it the composition of the posts? Is the private funding all dried up and the terms changing? I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks Doug

Hi, i think it depends of your personality. I am a little of a control freak and always feel the need to keep my hands in it. When i was just starting out i did most of the work myself or acted as my own GC. I think if your just learning, it wouldnt hurt to get more knowledge of the rehab side of the business and puck the contractors brain as much as possible. Good Luck
