Thank you Andrew. 

The house is in downtown Raleigh (listed at $195k).  It was in very bad condition when I purchased it. I did most of the work myself except for using a few specialty subs i.e. electrical, plumbing,HVAC,etc. It took me 6 months from start to finish.
